• You can change the date and number of attendees, at no additional charge, with a minimum of 72 working hours in advance, through our Contact Center. These changes are subject in any case to the availability of the Park. Also, within this period of time, you can cancel the event, being the full amount paid refunded.
• If you need to change the total number of guests, with less than 72 working hours in advance, you must do it at the Park's ticket office, the same day of the birthday celebration. 
• If you cancel the birthday with less than 72 working hours in advance, you will lose the full amount paid.
